While New York descends into a bizarre celebration of love, sex and freedom, Owen and Allie gradually realize that what they are searching for may be much closer than they think. The film combines the unusual dystopian premise with a conventional romantic-comedy story about two people trying to find a genuine connection in the middle of complete chaos.
